We are a young and highly-innovative software company based in Munich. We created the web app SMASHDOCs to simplify and speed up document collaboration, especially compared to tools like GoogleDocs or Microsoft Word. Say goodbye to annoying chaos in reviewing changes, different document versions and time-consuming proofreading. In order to further drive our vision of revolutionizing word processing, we are currently looking to add new members to our development team, who are enthusiastic about our vision and product and enjoy working together in a dynamic software start-up.

Your qualifications:

Excellent knowledge and experience with

  • Javascript (AngularJS/ jQuery)
  • HTML5 / CSS3
  • SASS
  • Bootstrap
  • REST APIs

Soft Skills:

  • An eye for detail

Experience with Coffeescript, Jade, Grunt and GIT are a plus.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design and development of our responsive web app SMASHDOCs
  • Development of our user interfaces
  • Working together with our development team on side and remote

Your qualifications:

  • — A deep and abiding love of Linux. Or a respectful hatred for it
  •  Strong background in deployment automation/configuration management, especially Puppet
  • — Experience with virtualized environments and Docker
  • — Fluency with Nginx, HAProxy, MongoDB setups
  • — Fluency with Sensu is a plus
  • — A constant desire to improve, learn more and take things to a higher level
  • — A familiarity with a wide variety of software development methodologies, tools, languages and approaches
  • — At least two years operations engineering experience
  • — Excellent English, written and spoken

Your responsibilities:

  • — Architect, configure, and maintain SMASHDOCs production, staging, and development environments
  • — Develop automation and tooling for configuration, deployment, monitoring, backup/recovery, etc.
  • — Measure, analyze, and monitor the infrastructure for availability and performance
  • — Design and implement processes to maintain overall system security

We are looking for motivated and qualified people distributing SMASHDOCs to companies as well as establishing and maintaining distribution and integration cooperations.

Core job responsibilities include:

  • Connect and consult with inbound leads and other prospects
  • Plan and present software demos with your prospects and guide them through the buying process
  • Leverage sales management tools including Salesforce.com to track sales activities
  • Track deal pipeline, assist with providing periodic updates and sales forecasts
  • Close new business and crush sales goals
  • An unrelenting desire to succeed!

Your qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in B2B solution sales as well as establishing and managing your distribution and integrations partners
  • Presentation and negotiation skills combined with an engaging, confident attitude and fast perception
  • High level of motivation and consulting skills paired with a keen understanding of customer needs
  • Passionate, entrepreneurial spirit with result-oriented and independent approach to work combined with pronounced teamwork skills
  • Native English or on a professional business level and German language skills are an additional must
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • 2-4 years of working experience
  • Strong desire to be in Technology Sales
  • Previous business sales experience (Software Sales a plus)
  • High energy
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Degree qualification

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in Cloud or Solutions sales
  • Should have used Salesforce.com as a CRM in prior work experience
